                       The Committee on Veterans' Affairs, to whom was referred the
                     bill (H.R. 1162) to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry
                     out a pilot program to provide access to magnetic EEG/EKG-guided
                     resonance therapy to veterans, having considered the same, reports
                     favorably thereon without amendment and recommends that the
                     bill do pass.
