This supplemental report shows the cost estimate of the Con-
gressional Budget Office with respect to the bill (H.R. 7900), as re-
ported, which was not included in part 1 of the report submitted
by the Committee on Armed Services on July 1, 2022 (H. Rept.
117-397, pt. 1).
