   Mr. DINGELL, from the Committee on Energy and Commerce,

  The Committee on Energy and Commerce, to whom was referred
the bill (H.R. 1189) to entitle certain armored car crew members
to lawfully carry a weapon in any State while protecting the secu-
rity of valuable goods in interstate commerce in the service of an
armored car company, having considered the same, report favor-
ably thereon without amendment and recommend that the bill do
pass.

weapons' permit in the state in which they are primarily employed
to lawfully carry a weapon in any state while protecting the secu-
rity of valuable goods in interstate commerce in the service of an
armored car company.
