PreCheck is a trusted traveler program administered by the TSA that allows pre- approved passengers to use expedited security lanes in airports. Based on the cost of similar activities, CBO estimates that preparing the strategic plan would cost less than $500,000 in 2020; any spending would be subject to the availability of appropriated funds.
