Under current law, those district court proceedings can only be held in the cities of Bellingham, Seattle, Tacoma, and Vancouver in Washington. Using information from the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, CBO expects that allowing proceedings in the additional city would improve case management throughout the district, which could reduce administrative costs for the district.
