The bill would prohibit the use of federal funds to design, install, or maintain the plaque. CBO estimates that implementing H.R. 1267 would have no significant effect on spending subject to appropriation. On January 15, 2020, CBO transmitted a cost estimate for S. 490, the B-47 Ridge Designation Act, as reported by the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources on December 17, 2019.
