Marvin Jones Federal Building and Courthouse located in Amarillo, Texas, as the J. Marvin Jones Federal Building and Mary Lou Robinson United States Courthouse. CBO estimates that enacting the bills would have no significant effect on the federal budget and would not affect direct spending or revenues; therefore, pay-as-you-go procedures do not apply. CBO also estimates that enacting the bills would not increase net direct spending or on-budget deficits in any of the four consecutive 10-year periods beginning in 2029. The bills contain no intergovernmental or private-sector mandates as defined in the Unfunded Mandates Reform Act.
