           other authorities contained in the Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2017 (Division C of P.L. 114-223), as modified by the Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2017
           (Division A of P.L. 114-254) until May 5, 2017. For detail on the budgetary effects of the appropriations and authorities continued by Section 1, please see CBO's previous

           Section 202 of H.J.Res. 99, the Further Continued Health Benefits for Miners Act, extends federal subsidies for health benefits for certain retired coal miners until May 5, 2017,
           that otherwise would expire on April 30, 2017.

           Consistent with section 202(c) of H.J.Res. 99, the estimated budgetary effects of section 202 are excluded from estimates of the discretionary costs of H.J.Res. 99; Statutory
           Pay-As-You-Go  procedures do not apply to the estimated effects of section 202 on direct spending and revenues.
