Senate amendment 2689 would provide funding through December 11, 2015. The only exception is $700 for wildland fire suppression activities.
That funding is designated as an emergency requirement and is available until expended. All other amounts are shown on an annualized basis.

1. These amounts are subject to discretionary spending limits in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (the Deficit Control Act), as
amended. The spending limits for 2016 are $523,091 million for the defense category and $493,491 million for the nondefense category, for a total ol
    $1,016,582 million.

2. Appropriations designated pursuant to section 251(b)(2) of the Deficit Control Act of 1985. The spending limits set by the act (see footnote 1) will be
adjusted to accommodate appropriations for these purposes.

3. Estimate of section 101(a), except for the amount shown under Other Adjustments for the Interior subcommittee (see footnote 6).

4. Estimate of section 101(b), an across-the-board reduction of 0.2108% applied to the rate of operations provided by section 101(a).

5. Estimates of all sections except section 101. These are also know as anomalies.

6. Amounts shown for the the Homeland Security subcommittee are designated as disaster funding; amounts shown for Commerce, Justice and Interior
subcomittees are designated as emergency funding (sections 121 and 135, respectively); amounts shown for the Labor, HHS, Education subcommittee
