                            April 16, 2015

Honorable Bill Shuster
Chairman
Committee on Transportation
   and Infrastructure
U.S. House of Representatives
Washington, DC 20515

Dear Mr. Chairman:

The Congressional Budget Office has reviewed the following legislation
ordered reported by the House Committee on Transportation and
Infrastructure on April 15, 2015:

   * H.R. 1690, a bill to designate the United States courthouse located at
700 Grant Street in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as the Joseph F. Weis Jr.
      United States Courthouse; and

   * H.R. 172, a bill to designate the United States courthouse located at
501 East Court Street in Jackson, Mississippi, as the R. Jess Brown
      United States Courthouse.

CBO estimates that enacting those pieces of legislation would have no
significant impact on the federal budget and would not affect direct
spending or revenues; therefore, pay-as-you-go procedures do not apply.

The bills contain no intergovernmental or private-sector mandates as
defined in the Unfunded Mandates Reform Act and would impose no costs
on state, local, or tribal governments.
