This resolution provides funding through March 27, 2013 except for $423 million for wildland fire management (secs. 140(b) and 141(b)) which is available until expended. Amounts are shown on an annualized basis. 1. These amounts are subject to discretionary spending limits in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Contol Act of 1985 as amended (the Deficit Control Act). The spending limits were established in the Budget Contol Act of 2011 (P.L. 112-25), which amended the Deficit Control Act. 2. Assumes continuation of the 2012 discretionary appropriations under the same authority and conditions provided in the 2012 acts. 3. Section 101(c) provides for an across-the-board increase of 0.612%. The increase applies to the base appropriations only. 4. Designated pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Deficit Control Act. 5. Designated pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D) of the Deficit Control Act. 6. Designated pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(B) of the Deficit Control Act. House Subcommittee
