Tom Fuller, who you know about, was a Vietnam veteran in the Marines, and presented himself to the Hines VA with chest pains, went to see Dr. Dieter, who was the head of cardiology at Hines, and Dieter did not want him to be in his win/loss record, referred him to the floor, and there Tom expired of a heart attack. I want to make sure that kind of thing never happens to our vet- erans, that we have confident, strong, administration of our people. Mr. Secretary, I have raised this issue with you multiple times.
