          CISIONS OF DISTRICT COURT IN AWARDS
            OF ARBITRATION, AND FEDERAL  TAX
              APPEAL CASES AND  APPEALS IN
                    ADMIRALTY  CASES.

A.  Preliminary steps in the District Court, during trial by
     objections, preservation of exceptions, and of bill of ex-
     ceptions, statement of evidence in equity cases, trial by
     court without jury and other essential procedural steps
     upon appeals or writs of error.
B.  A complete statement of proceedings in Circuit Courts of
     Appeals from time jurisdiction is vested in those Courts.
C. Practice upon petitions to the Supreme Court of the United
      States for writs of certiorari, and upon appeals and writs
      of error thereto.
D.  Appendix consisting of:
     Rules of the Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Cir-
       cuit; Revised Rules of the Supreme Court of the United
       States, under the Jurisdictional Act of 1925;
     Requirements Respecting Petitions for Writs of Certiorari
       under said Act;
     Federal Jurisdictional Act of 1925.
