Since it sometimes is several months before cases appear in official court reporters, we are not able to index beyond Volume XX. As the reapportionment revolution draws to a close, we shall continue the Court Decision series until all states have been covered. As soon as possible thereafter, we contemplate production of a final index for volumes subsequent to XX.
