TO: Subscribers to Court Decisions on
Legislative Apportionment
FROM: William J. D. Boyd
The enclosed volume is an index to Volumes I
through XX of the series COURT DECISIONS ON LEGISLATIVE
APPORTIONMENT.
We are sending you, as a subscriber to this
series, a complimentary copy of the index.
Since it sometimes is several months before cases
appear in official court reporters, we are not able to
index beyond Volume XX.
As the reapportionment revolution draws to a
close, we shall continue the Court Decision series
until all states have been covered. As soon as possible
thereafter, we contemplate production of a final index
for volumes subsequent to XX.
