Convention Resolution No. 31.
STATE OF CONNECTICUT.
JANUARY 8, 1902. Introduced by Mr. CLARK of Haddam, referred to Com-
mittee of the Whole.
RESOLUTION
Concerning the Number of Senators and
Representatives.
CONSTITUTrONAL CONVENTION,
JAwuAR SESSION, A.D. 1902.
Resolved by this Convention:
1 That we strike out of the revision of the Consti-
2 tution herewith attached, Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6in
3 Article 3, and insert new sections in lieu thereof:
1   SECTION 3. The House of Representatives shall
2 consist of electors. residing in the towns from which
3 they are elected.
1   SEc. 4. Every town shall hereafter be entitled
2 to two Representatives.
1     SEC. 5. The Senate shall consist of seventy-two
2 members: Fifteen from     Hartford county, twenty
