L. 254), schedules of claims amounting to $577,808.15, owed by various divisions of the General Accounting Office, as vered by certificates of settlement, the numbers of which are own in the first column of said sihedules, under appropriations e balances of which have been exhausted or carried to the surplus rd under the provisions of section 5 of the act of June 20, 1874 Stat. L. 110), and for the service of the several departments and iependent offices.
