                  Mid-Winter Meeting

   Lawyers   of  Wisconsin   are  cordially  invited to  attend  the
Annual   Mid-Winter Meeting of the Association, to be held in
Milwaukee,   February 21 and 22, 1941.


                               Notice

   The  dinner   meeting   on  Friday   evening,   February   21,  is
limited  to  members of the Board of Governors, committee
chairmen   and  delegates  representing   local associations.
   The  luncheon   meeting   on Saturday is open to all. Ladies
are invited.  Please  make  reservation   in advance.
