DISTRICTS MUST ELECT
NEW BOARD MEMBERS
In accordance with the bylaws of The Iowa
State Bar Association, members of the Board
of Governors of the Association from the
even-numbered judicial districts are elected in
even-numbered years and members from the
odd-numbered districts are elected in odd-
numbered years. Terms of all members run
for two years.
This year being an even-numbered year, new
members should be elected by members of the
Association In even-numbered districts. Re*
suits of elections will be made known as soon
as all have taken place, and the newly elected
Board members will meet with the Board of
Governors at the first business meeting held
at the conclusion of the annual convention of
the Association in June.
Members of the Board of Governors must be
lawyers in active practice and may be elected
in any manner In which the lawyers of the
particular district desire. It is requested that
the headquarters office be advised as soon as
the elections have taken place.

the names of the outgoing members whose
terms expire are:

BULLETIN Is an announcement relative
to the preparation of business-type In-
come tax returns which is included here-
with at the request of the Internal
Revenue Service.
All members of the Association pre-
paring tax returns of this type are urged
to study the announcement carefully.
