management rights in appraisal of employees' performance under the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978.
47   Two PROPOSALS TO CLARIFY THE TUCKER ACT JURISDICTION OF THE CLAIMS COURT, BY GREGORY C. SISK-As
a follow-up to his article in the January 1989 Federal Bar News & Journal, Mr. Sisk presents two proposals which might help to
resolve some of the problems that have arisen out of the implementation of the Tucker Act in defining the jurisdictional line
between the district courts and the Claims Court.
