This program was entitled Integrated Train- ing Seminar on Jury Trials for Federal Judges, Prosecutors, and Advocates Under the New Criminal Procedure Code, and was conducted Nov. 17- 21. Our travel to the Russian Far East was made possible by FRAEC (Foundation for Russian- American Economic Cooperation). Judge Smith and I participated on behalf of KAROL (the Khabarovsk-Alaska Rule of Law Steering Com- mittee), and specifically the KAROL Jury Trial Subcommittee.
