contains a discussion of remedies and enforcement procedures which are
or might be made available for persons who suffer loss or damage caused
by unsafe or defective goods. It is one of a series of Research Papers
prepared by the Commission in its reference on product liability. Copies
of these Papers are available on request to persons and organisations
willing to comment on the issues raised in them. Comments are welcome,
but should be forwarded no later than 31 March 1989.
