a number of issues relevant to reform of the law governing
contempt of courts, tribunals and commissions. It is published by
the Law Reform Commission in connection with its Reference on
this topic. A summary version of the Paper is also being
published. ANY VIEWS EXPRESSED IN THIS PAPER AND
IN THE SUMMARY VERSION DO NOT REPRESENT THE
COMMISSION'S FINAL VIEWS. THEY ARE PUBLISHED
TO RAISE ISSUES AND PROMOTE DISCUSSION. As far
as possible, comments should be related to specific paragraph
