            GENERAL INSOLVENCY INQUIRY
                           DRAFT LEGISLATION

This Paper is an Appendix to Discussion Paper No 32. It con-
tains draft legislation referred to in the proposals put forward in
the Discussion Paper. The proposals are not the Commission's
final conclusions. Submissions on them would be welcome. All
submissions will be taken into account in preparing the Commis-
sion's report.

If you want your submission to be treated as confidential clearly
mark it 'Confidential'. However, you should be aware that submis-
sions may have to be released under the Freedom of Information
Act 1982.

Submissions and comments should be received by 30 November
1987.
