of the law and practice relating to individual and corporate insolvency in
Australia. It is published by the Law Reform Commission in connection
with its Reference on this topic to raise interest in those issues, to promote
discussion and to seek submissions from interested persons and bodies. The
paper is not a Commission Report and any views expressed do not represent
final views of the Commission.
