FEDERAL AND TERRITORY
CHOICE OF LAW RULES
This is an Issues Paper, not a report. It sets out issues identified by the
Commission in its work on the reform of the federal and Territory choice
of law rules. Your submissions on these issues, and how they should be
addressed, would be welcome. As far as possible submissions should be
related to the paragraph numbers in the Issuaes Paper.
If you want your submission to be treated as confidential, clearly mark
it 'Confidential'. However, you should be aware that submissions may
have to be released under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
The closing date for submissions is 30 September 1989.
