COMMUNITY LAW REFORM FOR
THE AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY:
ENDURING POWERS OF ATTORNEY
This is a Discussion Paper, not a report. It discusses the reform of
some aspects of the law concerning powers of attorney in the Aus-
tralian Capital Territory. Your submissions would be welcome. All
submissions made to the Commission will be taken into account
in preparing the Commission's report.
If you want your submission to be treated as confidential, clearly
mark it 'Confidential'. However, you should be aware that submis-
sions may have to be released under the Freedom of Information
Act 1982.
As far as possible submissions should be related to paragraph num-
bers in the Discussion Paper.
Submissions and comments should be received by 31 December
1987.
