Tenth Annual Meeting
May 5-7, 1932
Discussion is not. confined to the questions pre-
sented here. You are earnestly requested to raise any
further points which occur to you.
Section 1016, Clause (c). (See Comment e, p. 18) cou-
pled with Section 1021 (see Comment d, p. 26) and
Section 1022 (see Comment e, p. 29).
1. Should a privilege to be on land derived from
the consent of the possessor be terminated immediately
upon a transfer by the possessor of his possessory inter-
est therein or only after the expiration of a reasonable
time sufficient to enable the actor to leave the land and.
remove his belongings therefrom, where such trans-
fer is
(a) to one who takes with knowledge or rea-
son to know of the consent, or
(b) to a bona fide purchaser thereof, or
(c) to one who takes without knowledge or
reason to know of the consent but gratuitously?
