False imprisonment is the com- plete restraint, for an appreciable interval of time, no matter how short, of another's will as to his choice of location imposed without legal justification or excuse. The right violated is the right to freedom of choice of location. SECTION 1 (b). False imprisonment is the com- plete 'restraint of another's will as 'to his choice of location imposed without legal justification or excuse. SECTION 1 (c). False imprisonment is the com- plete restraint of another's physical liberty within defiite boundaries determined by the will of him who exercises such restraint and imposed without legal justification or excuse. SECTION 2 (a). If the plaintiff's will as to his choice of location be restrained for an appreciable in- terval of time, no matter how short, without legal jus- tification or excuse, it is false imprisonment though such restraint causes no material harm to any inter- est of personality or property or of pecuniary or so- cietary condition, but any such harm resulting from such restraint is to be considered in determining the amount of damages recoverable. SECTION 2 (b). If the plaintiff's physical liberty be restrained for an appreciable interval of time, no matter how short, without legal justification or excuse, it is false imprisonment though such restraint causes no material harm to any interest of personality or property or of pecuniary or societary condition, but any such harm resulting from such restraint is to be considerbd in determining the amount of damages re- coverable. 1-
