You are earnestly requested to raise any further points which occur to you. 1. § 62. Does the lapse of a considerable period between transactions prevent a general lienor from asserting a lien for the unpaid balance from prior trans- actions? For example, can a factor include in his general account items unpaid from a previous season? 2. Does it make any difference if the Statute of Limitations has run on the earlier claims? For exam- ple, if an attorney's demand against a client is barred by the Statute of Limitations does the attorney have a lien for this claim on papers delivered to him in connec- tion with a subsequent law suit? 3. § 63. Does the hotelkeeper have a lien for tort claims against a guest for damage done to the hotel premises or furnishings by the guest during his stay? 4. Does the hotelkeeper have a lien on goods sent to the guest on approval for possible purchase if the hotelkeeper dops not know at the time the goods are received by the guest the circumstances under which they are sent to him? 5. § 76. Where a conditional vendee bails to An artisan for repair a chattel which has been sold on con- ditional sale, is the lien of the artisan prior to the interest of the conditional vendor?
