Chapter 22.
1. §283, Clause (b). Is the elimination of the
first resolution in Wild's Case, accomplished by this
Clause, approved?

2. § 286 (2), Clause (b). Do the Members of the
Institute agree with the inference favorable to the in-
clusion of an illegitimate in a class children, on the
facts here stated?
See Comment f and Advisers' Memorandum
of Law, No. 23: 44-47, 49-50.
3. § 291. This Section seeks to utilize the rules
stated in §§ 285-290 concerning ''children for the con-
struction of many of the other common class designa-
tions, such as grandchildren, brothers, cous-
ins. Is this method understandable and approved?
