Is the emphasis upon definiteness and consis-
tency' made in the full paragraph on pages 18 and 19
approved?
2. § 241.
As between the two phrases judicially ascertain-
able intent  and judicially ascertained  intent
which is preferred?

Is the importance of subjective intent properly
set forth?
