Consideration of Draft No. 14 through page 46 was had with considerable
detail. From that point on -the balance of this draft was considered concerning
points raised chiefly by the Reporter. It was decided that the members of the
group, in return for an honorarium from the Institute, should give to the Reporter
aritten memoranda of their suggestions concerning the material subsequent to page
46 in Draft 14. Messrs. Leach, Clark, Rundell and Simes indicated their ability
to devote two or three days' time to this task, Messrs, Bigelow and Fraser agreeing
to devote vhat time they could thereto .  These memoranda are to be prepared in
sufficient number by each person so as to be mailed directly to the Reporter and
to each other Adviser and are to include not only the above part of Chapter U but
also Chapter 12. They are to be sent so as to rench the Reporter and the other
Advisers by December 14. Each Adviser will thereafter consider the comnnents of
the othor Advisers and prepare such cross cormfLents as he chooses thereon, sending
thom to the Reporter not later than December 20. In the light of the discussions
at this coyd'erence and of the memoranda thus received the Reporter is directed to
make a further rovise of Chapters 11 and 12 and to submit them to a conference to
be held between the 10th and 25th of January, 19S4 at a place to be later selected.
It is anticipated that this one further conference will enable these two chapters
to be presented to the February meeting of the Counil'of the Institute,
