the Thirteenth Annual Meeting

Discussion is not confined to the questions pre-
sented here. You are earnestly requested to raise any
further points which occur to you.
1. § 165. Should Comment vi be as here stated, or
should it be stated that a corporate trustee commits a
breach of trust in depositing in its own banking depart-
ment trust funds awaiting investment?
2. § 179A. Is the rule here stated as to the duty
of the trustee with respect to a person holding power of
control correctly stated?
3. § 193A. Is the position here taken as to mis-
take of fact and mistake of law correct?
4. § 231. Is the position taken in Comment fir as
to depreciation and obsolescence of buildings correct?
5. § 257. Should the rule as to the liability of the
trustee as holder of the title to the trust property be
limited as suggested in the caveat?
6. § 394. Is this a sufficiently comprehensive
statement with regard to resulting trusts?
