during the discussion of the draft are set forthbelow.
Joseph H. Beale, Reporter, made the following statements
It may interest the Council, in the first place - as we are expecting to complete
this Restatement next year - to state exactly the condition of the work as it
is now* Three chapters remain to be restated after this. One of them, I
have already written the first draft of and it is at the moment ready to go to
conferednce. The other two chapters are in this condition: The cases have
almost all been looked up by the two assistants you have been good enough to
give as for this work. I expect when I get back, on the first of January, to
find all the cases looked up and arranged so that I can go st once to work on
the restatement, and I hope to have those two chapters rody for conference in
February, so that at this February conference, we can go over the final chapters
of this Restatement.
It may 'interest you also to hear that since last springi tw..caxeO hae be e
