Subcommittee of the Laerican Law Institute Advisers on our International Bil
,of Rights Project at !unche=n last Tridsy, the 15th. You asked me to rrite yau
a letter :hich you could zead to the forthcoming meeting of the chirn of the
sections of the ImericcnBar Association; they are to meet, I zurzerst.nd, next
Sautday. The present letter is in comulianee with your request. It necessrrily

Institute would iake a worthwhile contribution to present-day arobleas by
