Art. 106. The economic system shell be governed essantielly by principles
of social justice which tend to insure for all inbebitEnts an e:dstsnce worthy
of human beings.
Art. 107. The following ere under the originel ownership of the Strte, in
addition to property now given that ststus by law: all substences of the minerel
kingdom, uncultivated lend with ali its neturel weelth, ltke, river end medicinal
waters, as well as all physical forces susceptible of economic development. The
law shall establish the conditions of this o-uership, as well as the conditions
governing the rights of individuals in such property.
Art. 108. The Stste may r egulate commerce end industry by low, when urgently
required by public security or necessity. It may also, in the same circumstances,
assume over-ell direction over the national economy. This intervention shall be
exercised in the form of control, stimulus, or direct operation.
.rt. 109. Petroleum, owned either privately or by the government, shell be
exported only through the State or some agency representing the State.
Art. 110. All enterprises esteblished for exploitation, development, or trade
in the country shall be considere4 national, and sheJ. be subject to the sovereignty,
the laws, nd the authorities of. the Republin.
Art. 111. The revenue of the State is divided into three clEsses: nctional,
