Dear Mr. Troonan:
I return herewith -our letter of Au~ust 2 and its enclosure
under date of Juiy 24 from Ernest 0. Nooser. I have read The
Unfinished Bill of Rights which I return.
He wishes to put on the same category as the right to
worship Almighty God the right not to be required to patronize,
ereet, or support any place of Business. I think his idea i  to
write in the Constitution a clause which would preserve the present
economic system. Persona iy I think the gentlemn had better
support the present economic syatem on facts rather than by con-
stitutional provisions. His whole article is a mixture of politIcs
and philosophic th-ought. I should not think that you would i1sh -
to bother with it. Sorry I was so long responding.
