to give us Some assist:nce on our Internationel Bill of ?dightz project.
I have just organized a comparatively =l group reprecn4:tive of the cultures
of the various nations fighting the Axis and thssc still neutral but symPthetic
with us.   What we are first trying to findi out is uhethcr thre is a genertl
agreement on minimum fundamcntal rights.  rnen re are a little further elong on
this factual investigation, we Shall need for the nExt step in the project the
kind of help which persons like you can give us.  Te are feeling our way, and
the exact form of that help has not yet hsen rorked out.  You said you had 'no
experience or background -n the teaching of internntionrl laz, hut have recently
