Land Title Building
Philadelphia 10, Pa.
Dear George:
As I told Hiss Fontaine over the telephone yesterday to write you, the
Foreword is just right. Goodrich is evidently of the same opinion. I am send-
ing the matter to the printer.
In the course of the discussion at the Council Meeting I stated that
personally I saw no objections, indeed it mh y be an advantage, to placg tbe
resolutions on the cover as well as in the Foreword. Nothing was said about this
in the resolutions but some of them may think that it should have been done. I
enclose a copy of a Title Page with the resolutions thereon. Please let me know
whether you think the Foreword by itself is sufficient. Do you wish the Foreword
signed George Wharton Pepper, President or The Council; George Wharton P epper, X
