Mr. Roland S* orris
Land Title Building
Philadelphia 10, Pa.
Dear Roland-.
I have heard from a large number of the advisers in regard to your suggested
woring of the article on Property Rights. Shortly I wil be able to send you
the letters. You will, 1 think, get some amusement out of reading them.
As far as I can see all the advisers want an article on Property. Not to
h-te such an article would, from -ity point of vidw, and I think from the point of
vet of most of-the advisers, be a serious defect In the document.
I send you herewith a circular letter which I am sending to all advisers
,today, toggther with nW effort at drAfting an article on the subjectwhich I hope
W-ll receive general approval; the hope being founded on the fact thas I am
convincedby personal conversations, the discussion at the meeting, and perhaps by
my,-0ow. Ideas
I hope that the thousand and one things which I have to do to prepare this
and threeother important matters in connection with other projects for the Council
will not prevent me from calling you before the end of the week and asking you
to the club to lunch with me. In the meantime, please let me have your reply
to the circular letter.i
Sincerely,
