                         LIABILITY INSURANCE

Generally

Wis.2016. Cit. generally in ftn. to diss. op. (citing generally D.D. 2015). In an insurance dispute in
which this court concluded that supplier of a defective ingredient for use in manufacturing probiotic-
supplement tablets was not covered under policies that insured against physical damage to tangible
property because the complained-of injury was sustained by the tablets themselves and no other
property was injured, the dissent noted that drafts of the Restatement of Liability Insurance did not
appear to address the economic-loss doctrine in the context of insurance. Wisconsin Pharmacal Co.,
LLC v. Nebraska Cultures of California, Inc., 876 N.W.2d 72, 95.
