ME14BERS OF THE ADVISORY COMITTEE The shortness of time between this meeting of the Committee.-1 and the scheduled meeting of the Reporters with the Council makes it necessary that the same basic material be used for both meetings. It seems useful, therefore, to give the Committee this separate. statement indicating the changes made in the proposed statutes since the November meeting of the Committee. The draft presented at that meeting has not been before the Council, and accordingly the comments on the present draft in the main part of these mate- rials naturally make no reference to the superseded portions of- the draft discussed with the Committee in November. The Raporters believe that as a practical matter this memo- randum, coupled with the proposed statutory draft of the general diversity sections, will sufficiently serve the Committee's needs so that perusal of the detailed comments thereon should not.be, necessary.
