3.    Contemplated project on international annotation of the Code (Professor Hazard);
4.    Proposed editorial changes to Official Comments (Professor Miller);
5.    Proposed PEB Commentary on good faith under § 1-203 (Discussion at 11:00 a.m. with
ProFessors Frisch and Patterson);
6.    Preliminary Report of the ABA Article 1 Committee on a revised definition ofgood faith in
§ 1-201(19) (Mr. Rapson);
7.    Proposed revisions to Comments to §§ 3-305, 3-419, and 3-605 (Professors Cohen and Jordan);
8.    Letter from Professor Martin seeking permission to publish the Code electronically;
9.    NCCUSL Special Committee on Software Contracting (Professor Boss);
10.   Letter from Professor Boss concerning conflicts issues;
11.   Topics for new PEB Commentaries (Mr. Rapson).
Written materials pertaining to items 1 (Article 5), 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, and 10 are enclosed. The proposed
Commentary listed as item 5 was sent to you on August 20. The material relating to item 7 will be sent to you
shortly.
We remind you that the meeting will be held in the ALI Conference Center at the address on the
letterhead. Discussion is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. and to conclude no later than 5:00 p.m.
