handle is hein.aba/famlit2001 and id is 1 raw text is: MESAGE FMOM THE CHAIRS...

We were extremely encouraged by the success of our program in
Chicago at the American Bar Association Annual Meeting. The topic was
litigating pre-marital agreements. Due to the level of interest
expressed by our members, we have dedicated this issue to the review
and analysis of pre-marital agreement cases from across the nation.
While our membership has been growing, wezre always on the
look out for more members. Please contact either of us if you wish to
join or know someone who does. Once you are a member, you should
become active in one of our subcommittees Please take the time to fill
out the interest form in this newsletter or just give us a call to discuss
how you may become more involved in committee activities.
Have you worked on an interesting case lately or do you have
information that our committee members needs to know? If so, we
need your assistance. In order to expand and continue our newsletter,
we need your submissions. Dont wait any longerBgo ahead transform
that idea or knowledge into a short manuscript and send it to our
newsletter editor.
Welcome to our new committee members! This is your
committee, so get involved. Please feel free to contact us, if you have
program ideas or suggestions.
We look forward to seeing many of you at the Litigation Section
