The complaint was filed and processed pursuant to the Fair Housing Act of 1968, as amended by the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, 42 U.S.C. § 3601, et seq. (the Fair Housing Act or Act) and 24 C.F.R. Parts 103 and 104.
