Issued under delegated authority September 8, 1969 TWIN CITIES-MILWAUKEE SOUTHEAST POINTS INVESTIGATION '~' 9 C Docket 20267 ORDER GRANTING PETITIONS FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE Brown County, Wisconsin and the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce; the County of Muskegon, Michigan; the City of Oshkosh, Wisconsin and the Oshkosh Area Chamber of Commerce; the City of Sioux Falls, S.D. and the Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce; and The South Dakota Aeronautics Commission have filed petitions for leave to intervene in the above-entitled proceeding. Pursuant to authority duly delegated by the Board in its Regulations, *14 CFR 385.11, it is found that the petitioners have sufficient economic interest in this proceeding to justify their participation as parties. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED: That the above-described petitions for leave to intervene herein be and they are hereby granted. Persons entitled to petition the Board for review of this order pursuant to the Board's Regulations, 14 CFR 385.50, may file such petitions within 10 days after the date of service of this order. This order shall be effective and become the action of the Civil Aeronautics Board upon expiration of the above period unless before that date a petition for review thereof is filed or the Board gives notice thatit will review this order on its own motion.
