By Order 83-8-20, August 4, 1983, the Bureau of Domestic Aviation, acting under delegated authority, deferred processing of Pacific Northern's application because it lacked certain information required by section 204.5 of the Board's Regulations. By letter dated September 21, 1983, Pacific Northern requested permission to withdraw its application. Accordingly, under authority delegated by the Board in its Regula- tions, 14 CFR 385.3, we dismiss the application of Pacific Northern Airways Inc. in Docket 41595 without prejudice. 0
