Issued Under Delegated January 4, 1982 kgreements adopted by the rariff Coordinating Conferences of the International Air Transport Association relating to cargo rates and passenger fares Authority Docket 35634 Agreement C.A.B. 28663 Docket 32660 Agreement C.A.B. 28666 R-1 and R-2 ORDER Agreements between various members of the International Air Transport ?ssociation (IATA) have been filed with the Board under section 412 (a) of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 (the Act) and Part 261 of the Board's Economic Regulations. They were adopted at the Reconvened 18th Meeting of argo Tariff Coordinating Conference 12 (North Atlantic, USA-Europe) held Geneva on December 7, 1981, or by mail vote and are proposed for effect on December 15, 1981, and January 1 , 1982, respectively. Agreement C.A.B. 28663 increases the rates for containerized shipments from rulsa to London by 6.5 percent. Agreement C.A.B. 28666 increases proportional fares used to construct through fares between France and Canada to reflect recent increases in French domestic fares. We will approve the agreements which either affect rates from U.S. points or fares which are combinable with fares to and from U.S. points and thus have indirect application in foreign air transportation as defined by the Act. Pursuant to authority duly delegated by the Board's Regulations 14 CFR 385.26a: 1.
