Intervening numbers appeared on previous summaries. 91-11-33 47784 INFORMATION DIRECTIVE CONCERNING FEDERAL EXPRESS 11-27-91 CORPORATION UNDER SECTION 407(a) OF THE FEDERAL AVIATION ACT: We deny the petition of FEDERAL EXPRESS to rescind Order 91-10-17; We grant the petition of FEDERAL EXPRESS to modify Order 91-10-17 to allow it an extension of time to file future monthly T-100 reports under a modified data-retrieval system, conditioned as follows: (1) FEDERAL EXPRESS shall certify to the Department, no later than December 2, 1991, the date when complete and accurate T-100 reports would otherwise have been due under Order 91-10-17, that the information to be filed under its modified data-retrieval system will conform exactly to the T-100 requirements of 14 CFR §241.19-1 through §241.19-5; and (2) FEDERAL EXPRESS shall begin filing fully- compliant, future T-100 reports as soon as it has verified the accuracy of its modified data- retrieval system, but no later than beginning with the January 1992 report, which is due by March 2, 1992.
