Docket 43234 for a certificate of public convenience: and necessity to engage in scheduled interstate and overseas air transportation. FINAL ORDER By Order 86-6-7 , issued June 9, 1986, we directed all interested persons to show cause why we should not make final our tentative findings and conclusions stated in it and award a certificate of public convenience and necessity to Galena Air Service, Inc., authorizing it to engage in scheduled interstate and overseas air transportation of persons, property, and mail. Interested persons were given until June 30, 1986, to file objections. No objections to Order 86- 6-7 have been received. ACCORDINGLY: 1. We find that Galena Air Service, Inc., is fit, willing, and able to engage in scheduled interstate and overseas air transportation of persons, property, and mail between all points in the United States, its territories and possessions; 2. We issue a certificate of public convenience and necessity to Galena Air Service, Inc., to engage in interstate and overseas air transportation of persons, property, and mail in the form attached; 3. The authority granted here shall become effective five days after we have received from the FAA a copy of the applicant's Air Carrier Operating Certificate and Operations Specifications;1/ Provided, however, that the Department -may stay the effectiveness of this authority prior to that date; and 1/ A copy of the carrier's Air Carrier Operating Certificate and Operations Specifications should be sent to the Department, Attention: Director, Office of Aviation Operations. When the certificate has become effective, we will issue a notice to that effect, with a copy of the certificate, including its effective date, attached.
